Snowplow Sam + Basic 1-4

Snowplow Sam is designed to spark the joy of skating in young children; the program provides a supportive environment that helps children build a strong foundation in skating skills. Whether your child is a first-time skater or has some experience, a Snowplow Sam class is the perfect way to introduce them to the fun and excitement of ice skating.

Snowplow Sam has four progressive levels that introduce forward and backward skating, stops, edges and balance.

The Snowplow Sam curriculum is available to skaters under the age of six.

This initial stage of skill development establishes a strong foundation for skaters to explore the world of skating. Our coaches use engaging activities to teach the FUNdamentals of ice skating, allowing every skater to advance at their own pace, working towards mastering each skill.

These progressive levels introduce forward and backward skating, stops, edges and turns.

Our Basic Skills curriculum is designed for skaters over the age of 6.
